Waterfall Condominiums 25 Percent Presold

According to a recent press release, Waterfall is nearly 25 percent presold as of the end of November, representing over $20 million in sales since its active launch mid-year. Included within this total is the sale of the development’s two, top-floor penthouses that achieved sales price records for condominiums in the region.

The developer, Waterfall of Jacksonville Beach, LLC, targets presales of  50 percent of the condominium residences to begin construction in  2019. Based on current sales momentum, construction start is planned for early in the second quarter of 2019 with residents moving into the completed condominium by the fourth quarter of 2020.

Waterfall is a nine-story luxury condominium development situated on a full city block on the ocean  14th Avenue and 15th Avenue South and First Street South in south Jacksonville Beach. The condominium building is entitled to be the last to exceed current 35-foot development height restrictions east of A1A in the Northeast Florida beaches area and the first new condominium building built in the city in 15 years.
